Why should I read this?
My Story
My fitness journey started reluctantly at home when I was 13 years old during the COVID lockdown. I was lethargic, eating junk, with low stamina. Today, I am happy to say that healthy living has become a way of life for me and I have felt a transformation in every aspect of my life.

I am by no means an authority on fitness & exercise but I am a living example on how it can transform your life and have a positive impact.
This is my humble attempt at sharing all that i have learnt about physical health, nutrition and mental health in the hope that it can encourage you to start on your own health journey.

Long periods of being stationary can results in Dead Butt Syndrome....the butt muscles lose the ability to contract and relax to their full range of motion.
The name “muscle” comes from the Latin for “little mouse” (musculus). This is because the Romans thought that the bicep muscle looked like a little mouse!
